Don't waste your money
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product to anyone, please don't waste your money on it. I bought two products by Subminimal, 1) nanofoamer in black lithium, and 2) the small jug/pitcher with a handle. Issues: #1 the nanofoamer literally comes undone when you remove the lid and the battery pack pops out. The assembly is that bad. #2 the handle on the jug is already moving and it feels like it's going to come off. Terrible quality overall, a part of being quite difficult to remove the nanofoamer from its packaging.

Wouldn't give them my money ever again.
Product was bought as an expensive gift to make frothy milk for coffees for years to come. It was.. fine.. when it worked, unfortunately it worked for less than 17 months, when I got in contact with the company for help their response was essentially 'you must have done something wrong', and their 'solution' was to offer me a meagre discount on buying another one (or as they would have preferred, the new upgraded model!). Edit: Changed how long it worked for to remain accurate. Also adding some of the advice I was given below. I originally said it worked for 8 months, the company replied to say it was actually 2 and a half, the truth lies in the middle at 1.5 years. ‘While we work hard to make reliable products, how long they last can depend on how they’re used. For example, I’ve been using my unit since it first came out, and it’s still working well. My only routine is I don't dry it upside down as we’ve noticed that sometimes water can get through the holes and reach the PCB when drying that way.’ ‘You can get a whole unit which is already a GEN-2 model or get the upgrade kit, which is more durable and works better’ To me it sounds like they knew Gen 1 had some issues with durability, and weren’t confident in their products lasting. The instructions for cleaning and use were always followed and it still lasted less than 6 months out of warranty.

Good company - bad delivery
Good products... despite the TERRIBLE delivery I am experiencing after the premium prices I have paid! I have bought from the website on three separate occasions. Am still waiting for the NanoFoamer with the MAERSK/Paack.co websites to discover they are claiming I rescheduled the delivery five times in the middle of the night when I was asleep in bed. If you buy, prepare for lengthy frustration before receiving your products. This may not be Subminimal's fault, but they need to choose their delivery partners more carefully.
