Terrific at selling- Dont delivering on promises - Steer Clear
Terrific at selling, and trying on the mind games/tapping into our weaknesses,(eek) to do so but horrendously poor delivering on what they say they will. These guys sell Tony Robbins seminars too so that is super scary!! They are keen to sign people up, but drastically less keen to deliver on what they have promised and even lesser again keen to return your contact when things don't go to plan and a refund is due. Buyer be very wary. Its never about an error or mistake but about how Success Resources deal with it OR DONT deal with it. IGNORING customers is NEVER a good way to handle a stuff up, even if its "unexpected".

A disappointing experience even before the event started.
I cannot comment on the quality of the Millionaire Mind Intensive itself because I never attended. However, I can comment on my experience as a paying customer, and based on that experience I would not do business with this organisation again. The event venue was changed from the originally advertised location to a different city after I had booked. This materially affected my ability to attend and changed the basis on which I had made my purchase. What concerned me was not the change itself. Unexpected changes can happen. What matters is how a company responds when those changes negatively impact customers. When I explained that the new location didn’t work for me and requested a refund, I did not feel my concerns were genuinely acknowledged. Instead of addressing the issue directly, I was repeatedly encouraged to attend anyway or consider alternative options. The communication felt far more focused on retaining the sale than on finding a fair resolution for a customer whose circumstances had been altered by a decision made by the organiser. The experience left me with the impression that once payment had been taken, customer interests became secondary. Ultimately, I did not receive a refund from the company. My bank reviewed the situation independently and reimbursed me. For any business that teaches success, wealth, trust, and personal development, I believe the way customers are treated when problems arise is just as important as the content delivered on stage. I cannot judge the seminar itself, but I can judge the professionalism, accountability, and customer care I experienced. Based on that experience, I would not book another event with this organisation, nor would I recommend others do so.

The Principles Taught Were Not Reflected in the Way This Situation Was Handled
I travelled from Denmark to attend the MMI Oslo event after booking flights, hotel, and taking unpaid time off work, only to arrive and discover that no event was taking place. What has been most disappointing is not only the postponement itself, but the complete lack of communication beforehand. I received no prior notification, and despite multiple attempts to contact support via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels, I have still not received any meaningful response. What makes this especially unfortunate is that I genuinely value and follow T. Harv Eker’s teachings. I have spent more than a year studying and applying the principles taught through MMI, particularly around integrity, responsibility, communication, and creating win-win outcomes. Because of that, it is difficult to reconcile the teachings with the actual customer experience I have had in this situation. It is important for me to say that I have not approached this aggressively or demanded financial compensation, despite the significant costs involved. Instead, I proposed a constructive win-win solution that would create value for both sides. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and communication has continued. I still hope Success Resources chooses to resolve this in a way that reflects the values and standards they teach from stage.

This company is unethical
This company is unethical. They promote speakers and then if the speakers cancel, they don’t refund you the money that you’ve paid for the ticket to see that speaker. I bought tickets and paid out over $250 to see Tony Robbins, but he didn’t come. Success Resources refused to refund me the money. They don’t respond to communications. They just ignore you.
