Love the clothing
Love the clothing. Always good quality and the designs are unusual. Only qualm is usually I size up from what I would normally buy but once you get used to that you know going forward. The odd time I have had to return an item the process has been easy and quick

Great clothes, but they don’t refund shipping costs which is illegal in the UK
I most recently bought a dress from Sugarhill Brighton, which was probably my fifth or sixth purchase from them. I really love their clothes but, twice now they haven’t refunded me the shipping cost when I’ve returned something within 14 days. That’s the law - yet, like a lot of companies, they seem to conveniently ‘forget’ to do it. Both times they’ve told me that their system doesn’t automatically include it which sounds like rubbish - why would you have a system that breaks the law for every refund? I have to say it does put me off this brand which otherwise I’m a big fan of. And remember, folks – if you pay for standard delivery and you return something within 14 days, the company MUST include the shipping cost that you paid in your refund under regulation 34 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

I absolutely love SHB designs but…
I absolutely love SHB designs but recently I’ve had real issues with the quality of clothing. I’ve had 2 different items literally coming apart at the seams after one wash. I don’t know if it’s the fabric (viscose) or the way they are sewn but it’s very disappointing from a premium brand. I raised the first incident with customer service and they handled it very promptly. But I’d rather have clothes that last and not need to request refunds/replacements.

Quality brand
Fast delivery, great quality clothing, not the cheapest on the market but for a smaller brand reasonable, I also like that they are somewhat size inclusive and have fuller figure models on the website
