Really disappointed
Really disappointed, the service is awful. One pair of glasses arrived faulty and to get them returned took weeks waiting for a returns label. Weeks later, still awaiting the replacement for them, have missed my holiday, so kind of missed the point of having them. The glasses I didn't have a problem with are great but wouldn't order again given the run around with the pair that arrived faulty

Refund promised, but still no response
**Overcharged due to website bug – refund still not received** Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with SunGod’s customer service. When placing my order, a **bug on the SunGod website caused me to be charged too much**. The Zephyrs and delivery should have been free as part of the offer, but I was incorrectly charged an extra **€111.95**. On 8 August, SunGod confirmed in writing that they would arrange a refund for this overcharged amount. I immediately provided all the requested information, including my order number, email address and payment details. I have since received the glasses in good condition, but the promised refund of **€111.95** has still not been processed. I have followed up, but I have received no confirmation or meaningful update. I understand that companies can be busy, but this issue was caused by an error on their own website and the refund was already explicitly agreed. I therefore do not think it is reasonable that I should have to keep chasing for weeks to get back money that I should never have been charged in the first place. The products themselves are fine, but the handling of this issue and the lack of communication are very disappointing. I hope SunGod will now finally resolve this and refund the outstanding **€111.95** as promised.

Absolutely fantastic service and…
Absolutely fantastic service and company once you can get through the Ai help desk the people at sun god are superb there customer services is second to none and they are very customer orientated and driven having a complex situation I needed dealing with SEB absolutely went above and beyond to help me resolve this matter I sent back the pair I had and Seb stayed in contact right the way through and my new pair has arrived today All I can say is great guy great company fantastic products and absolutely amazing experience please keep up the amazing work guys Regards Kyle

Kundenservice wird vermisst
Brille ist unverhältnismäßig schnell kaputt gegangen dafür das diese so teuer sind. Vor 2 Wochen dem Kundendienst wegen der Garantie geschrieben & bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Das war dann wohl die letzte Brille von Sungod.

Abysmal customer service SG-1151087
Abysmal customer service. I contacted these guys the day after ordering my glasses as I wanted to change the colour of the prescription lenses. Contacted them on the 17th of August and am still waiting for a reply. I’ve had regular sunglasses from Sun God before, and they’re great, but for prescription glasses, unless you’re absolutely sure… Go elsewhere. I don't even know if I'm going to receive these glasses as their website is telling me that I have not placed an order with them despite taking my money.
