Failed to disclose that Vigil requires…
Failed to disclose that Vigil requires online access. Admitted they knew about this prior to sale. edit: Thanks for your response, but it is incorrect on a number of counts. Following your online authentication procedure will NOT allow the game to run " fully offline on that console." It will only run offline on the authenticated profile. Other profiles can not launch the game. Offline accounts are permanently locked out. This is worse than a game key card. Furthermore, you have confirmed in your statement exactly how this issue would need to be fixed via patch. You simply don't care enough to do it. Lazy, greedy, negligent, sloppy. You could have fixed this but chose to screw over loyal customers instead.
