Tania at Sure Petcare put my mind at ease regarding a problem with my Sure Petcare Microchip Feeder. The door of the device was not opening or closing properly, which allowed other household pets to access its contents. After I provided a video demonstrating the issue, Tania responded quickly and assured me that a replacement would be sent out under warranty. Would highly recommend Sure Petcare !

First of all, I absolutely love my SureFeed feeders for my cats! I’ve had them for years and have never had a single issue with them. I recently reached out to customer support because I wanted to purchase new lids for my feeders. Over the years, the seams on mine had become dirty and difficult to clean, so I figured it was time for replacements. They asked me to send photos and, to my surprise, they’re sending me replacement lids completely free of charge! I’m beyond happy with both the product and the customer service. It’s so refreshing to see a company stand behind its products and go above and beyond for its customers. I truly can’t say enough good things about SureFeed and their support team. Thank you guys so much!

Excellent customer service and support
I recently had an intermittent problem with my SureFlap Pet Door Connect, which stopped reliably detecting my cat's microchip. The Sure Petcare team were fantastic throughout the troubleshooting process. They worked through a number of tests with me, including RFID testing, sensor checks and reviewing videos I provided of the problem occurring. Although it took some time to get to the bottom of the issue, they continued to investigate and eventually had their technical team review everything and identify the cause. I really appreciated the patience, communication and willingness of the team to keep working with me rather than simply dismissing the problem. A special thank you to Marie-Jose and Tania for all their help and for going above and beyond to resolve the issue. I've been very happy with the support I've received from Sure Petcare and would happily recommend them to other pet owners. Excellent customer service and a company that genuinely cares about helping its customers. 🐱❤️
