Do not use my wife purchased a watch…
Do not use my wife purchased a watch for my 60th birthday, told it was in stock but arrived 3 months later, however watch sounded like a babies rattle, tried contacting them over the last 36 months and no reply, I took it to a local watch dealer to see if they could fix it, when they opened it it was a cheap Chinese movement not the 1:1 Rolex movement they claim to fit. Please don’t get caught out like we did no such thing as 24 months guarantee as they don’t reply if there’s a problem

Honnête et compétent
Malgré de nombreuses difficultés et un délai extrêmement long j'ai fini par recevoir ma montre et elle est juste incroyable. Je recommande vivement à tout le monde de passer par eux car je sais aujourd'hui que Sushant est sérieux et honnête Et je préfère être sûr de ce que j'ai comme interlocuteur plutôt que de tomber sur un voleur. Alors certes tout n'est pas parfait mais Sushant fait tout ce qu'il peut pour satisfaire les commandes et pour contenter ses clients. La montre est magnifique et après de longues semaines d'attente je ne regrette pas une seconde

This company was posted on scam advisor as a trusted site 86/100. This was not my experience. The order went well, photo was provided everything seemed fine. Transfer was sent and from that day forward was nothing but excuses and deception. I gave ample time to get the tracking information, left an email to check the status and no response. Tried the WhatsApp messaging and still no response. 10 days later, finally a response on WhatsApp explaining the person was traveling and didn’t have access to email or phone but assured me of the timely shipment. Another 10 days pass still no tracking number no returned emails (now up to 20 emails unanswered and as many WhatsApp messages unanswered). Now, a month later, numerous WhatsApp messages over 30 unanswered emails, they stated the item was stuck in customs awaiting clearance (apparently in India) pushed the date of clearing customs to Feb 4th 35 days after a very large wire was transferred to them. This company is a scam and clearly not a trusted dealer! Avoid at all cost!!!! And when I spoke to the officer today, she said that by 4-5th February, all our watches will get cleared. All I can ask from you is little more time maximum 7-8 days. I will receive the updated tracking details from the customs as soon as your watch gets cleared. It's not just your watch sir, more than 35 watches are stucked in the customs. I know it's none of your business to know what we have to go through for selling the watches. I totally understand your situation, your rage is absolutely justified. But please understand we are selling super clones, I don't want that the customs of your country call you and ask you questions and may ask for taxes. Please understand sir, and please allot us some time 🙏 and take your complain back We are genuine people. It's just that we got stucked in a situation and we are definitely going to overcome it..I got the confirmation from the senior today. I hope you understand sir
