Exceptional yoga retreat
The retreat was outstanding! Tania is a brilliant teacher and I would highly recommend. I really enjoyed the morning practice and in the afternoons the workshops and philosophy sessions were great. Hotel Rizes food and accommodation were excellent and Serifos is such a beautiful island with some great beaches!

Tania is a fantastic teacher. Her love and appreciation of the Ashtanga practice really shine through every aspect of this retreat. Serifos is the perfect backdrop to experience the wonderful sessions and the team at Hotel Rizes go above and beyond!

It was my first time doing Ashtanga…
It was my first time doing Ashtanga yoga and what a way to start - at a retreat in Greece! 🇬🇷 I had absolutely amazing time - the place in Serifos is incredible, the company, food, activities - were all a bonus to a beautifully organised and taught yoga sessions. I was a bit nervous being a complete beginner but Tania really took care of us and guided and met me where I was at. I continued with my practice after I left and planning to keep going. Highly recommend ✨✨✨

Ashtanga Yoga retreat in Serifos
Ashtanga Yoga retreat in Serifos was a beautiful experience, re-connecting me to ashtanga yoga practice after so many years. I am grateful to Tania - she is an example of the true dedicated yogi and this shines through her body language and her words - with gentle reminders on the mat and beyond physical teachings about yoga philosophy. Asana practice hours spent with a picturesque Cycladic view was an amazing addition to the whole experience. I am left inspired and motivated and cannot wait to come back! To reconnect with Tania, myself, Ashtanga spirit and like-minded people. Recommended to anyone interested in ashtanga yoga or just starting to be interested - everyone felt welcome there! Gratitude!
