I love the idea of a subscription of…
I love the idea of a subscription of laundry cleaner as it's something I always realise we don't have when I'm just about to do my washing! We get the pistachio scented shampoo and conditioner and you can smell all over the house when the washing is being done. I love that tallow and ash also help against wasting plastic with their refillable bottles. We had a minor hitch with our recent delivery where we were sent 2 shampoos instead of a shampoo and conditioner and it was resolved super super quickly thanks to Demme! Also love the stain remover pen - I keep it in my handbag and it never fails to amaze me how it can get curry out of a white tee so quickly 😂 fantastic customer service and we will always reccomend to anyone who says how good our clothes smell!

I got confused trying to redeem loyalty points. I emailed customer service late on Sunday and got a helpful and friendly response from customer service next day, which was a Bank Holiday. Very impressed.
