Based on my experience, wasn’t the best experience.
I honestly regret ever signing up with Tawkify. I was drawn in by all the advertising and the promise of a personalized matchmaking experience where someone would actually take the time to understand me. I thought it would be completely different from the usual dating apps. Instead, I ended up feeling ignored and extremely disappointed. I went on a date and was specifically told I would receive feedback within a few days. A week passed and I heard nothing. I tried contacting my matchmaker, Melissa, and was left waiting for days. Then, rather than receiving the support I had been promised, I suddenly received a message encouraging me to upgrade to a more expensive service. It was incredibly frustrating. I had already spent a significant amount of money and felt like I was being treated more like a customer to upsell than a person who was genuinely looking for a relationship. Thankfully, I was eventually able to recover the money I had spent with the help of 𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙙𝙚rmo𝒏𝒕. That experience made me even more aware of how important it is to be careful about companies making big promises when you're already in an emotionally vulnerable position. Melissa was my agent and asked me to mention her name in my review, so I am doing so. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend doing your research before spending your money with Tawkify. What looked like a personalized matchmaking service to me ended up being a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience

Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional. Angry matchmakers who hang up. Constant hounding by text and email. They are looking for naive rich men willing to marry (and get divorced by) delusional gold diggers who are past their fertile years.

Fell short of expectations
I tried Tawkify after seeing it recommended in a forum thread. I was mainly looking for a simple way to meet someone local. The biggest letdown was the number of fake profiles. Conversations felt rehearsed and usually stopped once I mentioned meeting in person. Credits vanished faster than any real progress appeared. I later switched to PrimeDating.net and found genuine women, real conversations, and a couple of actual dates. The results were much better and felt worth the change. If you’re after a real relationship, I’d recommend skipping this one.

I asked BEFORE Paying $6000+- What I was told did not match my first experince
I want to be extremely clear about my experience with Tawkify because I did not blindly sign up for this service. I asked questions BEFORE I paid more then $6000. One of the specific questions I asked was about the people I would be matched with. I wanted to know whether these individuals were paying clients and whether they were as invested in the matchmaking process as I was going to be. I was specifically told that they were clients like me OR they had memberships through Tawkify. I was also told that they had "just as much at stake as you do" That representation mattered to me. At no point during that conversation was I told that Tawkify could go onto LINKEDIN, recruit random people who had never sought out their matchmaking service, allow that individual to participate without paying anything and then match that person with me after I had paid more than $6000!!!! Had that been disclosed to me, I would NOT have purchased this service. Then came my very first match. During the virtual date the gentleman was very forthcoming with me. He told me that he did not pay for the service. According to him, someone randomly contacted him through linkedin and asked whether he woud be interested in participating and they woukd create him a bio. He said the outreach was unexpected and he actualy thought It was a scam and again he paid NOTHING!! I was stunned... Not because there was anyhthing inherently wrong with this gentleman. My issue is with what I was told before I handed over more than 6k versus what I discovered during my FIRST match. I specifically asked this question before purchasing. I was told by two representatives,the people I would be matched with were clients like me or members and that they had just as much at stake as I did. The man sitting across from me virtually told me he paid NOTHING and had been recruited via linkedin! If I wanted to find randon potential dates on linkedin, I could have done that myself. If I wanted to browse people who had made no financial commitment to a matchmaking process, I could join a dating app. I paid more than 6k because I believed I was purchasing something fundamentally different and unfortunately, that wasn't the only issue. PRIVACY WAS ANOTHER CONCERN IS RAISED BEFORE MY FIRST MATCH. When my bio was created I specifically told my matchmaker that It contained too much identifying information about me. I explained that I have a significant public presence and that the combination of my first name, location, business background and many other accomplishments could make me extremely easy to identify online. I specifically said there was too much information. I was told that certain key information was still needed in my profile. (The men matched DID NOT) Then during my VERY FIRST match, the exact thing I warned about happened. The gentleman told me that there was too much information in my bio. He explained that he essentially took the information from my profile, put It into GOOGLE and immediately figured out exactly who I was. He knew who I was.. He could see my public information so there was nothing he didn't know. Meanwhile I don't know his last name. I wasn't even provided a photo of him before the virtual, yet he paid nothing, recruited via linkedin and knows everything about me. That is unacceptable to me. And I want prospective customers to understand something very important: I DID ASK THE QUESTIONS BEFORE I PAID. I asked whether the people I would be matched with were paying clients. I asked about their investment process. I expressed concern about the amount of identifying information in my bio. These weren't issues I suddenly decided mattered after having a date I didn't like. I raised them BEFORE participating. That's why I am so disappointed. This isn't about whether my first match and I hsd chemistry. This isn't about whether he was a good match. And this certainly isn't an attack on him. In fact, I appreciate that he was transparent with me because otherwise I might never have known how he says he entered the process. This is about what i was told before making a 6k financial commitment and what I subsequently learned during my very first match. Had someone said to me: We may recruit your potential matches through Linkedin or other outside sources and they may pay nothing to participate even though you are paying thousands of dollars, I would have declined the service. I specifically raised concerns beforehand and proceeded based on the answers and assurances I received. I have now requested a cancellation and a full refund, I trusted Tawkify with more than 6k. I trusted them with personal information. I trusted the answers I was givem before purchasing their service. After one match that trust has been completely compromised. I asked the questions before I paid and was misled.
