Wir haben ein schönes Haus gekauft bei Taylor Wimpey Spain. Leider haben sich im Nachhinein zahlreiche Mängel herausgestellt. Die Toiletten waren allesamt viel zu tief angebracht auf Kinderniveau. Das Kochfeld wurde 3x "repariert", es ist nach spätestens 2 Wochen wieder defekt. Unter dem Haus wurde Müll entsorgt, Getränkedosen, Bauschutt etc. und wurde dazu von Taylor Wimpey gesagt, das sei kein Mangel, weil es die Wohnqualität nicht beeinträchtigt. Apropos Bauschutt, aus der Zisterne haben wir 2 Eimer voll Schlamm gesaugt und 3 Kakerlaken. Wohlgemerkt nachdem wir den Mangel bei Taylor Wimpey gemeldet hatten und sie den Mangel als erledigt markiert hatten. Taylor Wimpey hat gar nichts gemacht! Sehr lecker, in der Zisterne ist das Wasser mit dem man sich duscht und die Zähne putzt. Teilweise klemmen die Rollläden, weil sie zu breit sind, d.h. in der Sonne dehnen sie sich aus und blockieren dann. Vor kurzem ist bei einem Nachbarn der Waschtisch von der Wand gefallen. Vermutlich wurden falsche Dübel verwendet, aber Taylor Wimpey sagt, Garantie abgelaufen. Wir würden nicht wieder bei Taylor Wimpey kaufen nach der Erfahrung im Nachhinein. Sobald der komplette Kaufpreis bezahlt ist, verhält man sich unserer Meinung nach nicht mehr korrekt dem Käufer gegenüber. Nach 2 Jahren wurden noch immer nicht alle Mängel beseitigt und mit dieser Firma macht es auch keinen Sinn, denn zufriedenstellend läuft hier leider gar nichts.

We bought a new penthouse.
We bought a new penthouse. There were from the beginning issues with it but most of them solved. Untill the builders went in when we were not at home. They broke a big window. When we came back we confronted them with this. They told us that they had not broken the window. There were no people in the house. It was mot rented out and it was broke from the inside. Of course they are to blame. They said at first they would replace it. After a few month they said its not their fault. These people are lying in your face. Dont trust them. Dont buy there. Taylor Wimpey is a NO go!

La Cala Golf apartment by Tailor Wimpey
We bought an apartment in the La Cala Golf urbanization. Within a year the problems started: damp in the walls, cracks in the walls, rusting railing on the balcony. At first, they still came to fix a thing or two: rust was simply painted over, so after six months there was rust again. The damp problem was simply painted over: the problem obviously continued to exist. After two years they say that the warranty is over. They do nothing anymore and respond nowhere. For a publicly traded company, this attitude is unbelievably bad. No response at all: the warranty period is over, the computer says no.

After sales dont take their responsibility.........when it is raining leaks all over the place........when upper neighbors taking long showers water comes into lower apartments........it all looks fine in the beginning but after it is a nightmare full off trouble

POOR after sales customer care
We bought a property at es Balco, Ses Salines, Mallorca a year ago (delivered 5 months late...). Whilst we love the development, TW have been reluctant, slow to remedy some basic issues we've had. Leaking shower trays that flood your bathroom - we had to resolve ourselves. During a rainy day in September, one set of Windows and our front door leaked badly - one would assume this is a basic requirement - that your property would be water/weather proof (except in exceptional weather circumstances - which this definitely was not). On both items we have been told nothing to action and case is closed. We managed to get the window issue sorted - there was indeed an issue, despite TW telling us nothing wrong with it (even though other apartments have had new seals... so clearly we are not the only ones having issues). We are still in dispute regarding the front door and will have to get a third party to inspect, go legal if needed. We also have failing mirrors in both bathrooms... as do several properties, so will await there excuses on that one as no doubt there will be an excuse as to why us and other properties have the same issue - humidity is being blamed currently - in a bathroom - what a surprise!!!...! watch this space. Great property - POOR customer aftercare and lack of any service.
