Be ready to fight for a product replacement Try to be relaxed to put up with the frustration of the fight you might have, but they did supply a replacement. Ive had extended warranties with other companies but nothing like this experience

Amazingly fast and free international shipping
I was able to find the pretty niche parts that I needed for a project, it wasn't very easy to find as I wasn't 100% sure what i was looking for to begin with. But that is down to my knowledge and experience. Had I known exactly what I was looking for from the outset I'm sure I would have found it quickly and easily. However, they have lots of great information about the products on their site such as 3D cad models, schematics, data sheets etc. So, I was able to use this information to establish exactly what I needed. I haven't used the products yet, but I have inspected them, and they are 100% as described on their site What I wasn't prepared for was the shipping!! I've used this company twice now, each time I've purchased like $2 or $3 worth of connector parts. They have then shipped this internationally (US to UK) FOR FREE!!! And it has arrived at my door in just two days! I ordered on Monday and received the goods on Wednesday. It wasn't just shoved in some plastic bag to be shipped either, it was shipped in a nice, high quality shipping box, complete with paper based padding material within which the components were nestled inside their vapor phase corrosion inhibitor and static dissipative bags. I'm blown away with this level of service or such a small order. If i have similar requirements in future I know exactly where I'll be going.
