Purchased mountain oolong teas-bad experience
Purchased mountain oolong teas. Zero aroma to tea when opened, no flavor, the tea was completely useless, and quite expensive. Deeply disappointed. $75.00 of tea had to be thrown away.

Tea from Taiwan is the real deal
I will save the review of their teas for their website for the benefits of customers shopping. I will say that their teas are the real thing, whether or not you like one tea or another is a different matter. The teas are where they say they are from, etc. Also, I have ordered from them twice. They are reliable. I live in the middle of America...I used to live in Taiwan and mailed things home. I can say for a fact that their shipping times are right on. It appears they get the packages out of the door asap.

Disappointment with the 2023 dong pian sweet winter tea
I bought a packet of 2023 dong pian sweet winter tea after reading the very enticing marketing description. Unfortunately I was disappointed its flavour. At US$40 for a 75g packet it is a very pricey tea, but I have to say the flavour is not good enough.

Absolute disappointment.
I had sourced my previous daily milk oolong from a local vendor, Pluck Teas, which had the highest quality winter harvest high mountain Jin Xuan milk oolong sourced from Alishan. The leaves were a nice dark green and there was a naturally pleasant, but not overwhelming aroma that flavored milk oolongs have. Unfortunately, Pluck Teas informed me that they no longer sell this due to lack of sales. So I ordered a good amount of Rui Feng and Tai Xing Jin Xuan milk oolong tea leaves from Tea From Taiwan. Upon receiving the package, both the Rui Feng and the Tai Xing teas were vacuum-sealed in 75g bags each. Unfortunately, when I opened them up, there was absolutely no aroma at all. The leaves themselves looked more brownish than green. But what matters is the taste, right? When I steeped the tea, the Tai Xing was almost flavorless. The Rui Feng had some flavor but it didn't taste like milk oolong. Rather, it tasted like the cheap Ti Kuan Yin tea I could get at Chinatown from TenRen, a large Taiwanese tea chain. I regret not buying a smaller amount to sample first, as I had trusted that Tea From Taiwan would provide the aromatic delicate tea that I had so fondly enjoyed. Instead, what they provide is cheap low-quality stuff. Those who don't know any better will enjoy these teas, but I was spoiled by the good stuff and could instantly recognize that the tea leaves I got were a significant grade below what I had before. 2 stars for sending me the product promptly, as I only reserve 1 star for either not receiving any product, or an incorrect product.
