A total scam. Impossible to contact. Is this deliberate?
Order number UK194710. First of all, Evri lied about having delivered the case*. It was eventually delivered, by which time I needed to cancel the order as it had taken too long to arrive. I filled in the form on their website - of course, no reply. Bear in mind that Tech21 charge £4 for shipping - so it is reasonable to expect it to not take too long. The case that did arrive was incorrect, as it did not fit the phone, so needed to be returned. Their process for this involves - you guessed it - filling out a from on their website and they will apparently "get back to you" - except they actually do not. Total radio silence. I'm now stuck with a case that I do not want, and isn't even useful for its intended purpose, as it does not fit the phone. It seems to be a deliberate decision that they have made it very difficult to do something as simple as a return, relying on the fact that people are likely to run out of energy chasing up their "Support Team" for a reply, and just not bother. Essentially, I paid £38 and didn't get what I thought I was buying, and was unable to get in touch with them. That seems a lot like a scam to me. *The irony of this is, Evri were actually quite helpful and did sort things out even though I am not their customer, Tech21 are. It's rather telling when Evri of all companies actually has better customer service. Edit 31/08 - still no refund, despite having sent the case back promptly... at my own cost, in line with Tech21's (illegal) return policy, so now over £40 out for absolutely nothing.

Bought a Recovrd mag safe phone case for £30 - RUBBISH!
Bought a Recovrd mag safe phone case for £30, then discovered nothing will stick to it so can't use any accessories at all. Item is defective but they say it can't be returned without original packaging - now need to try to find the packaging in the bin. I'm a very unhappy customer as the item is defective and there should be no argument about returning the item.

Iphone 17 cases Waste of money Do Not Buy
Waste of money. Do not touch. Utterly useless. Screen protector lasted a few days I purchased a iphone 17 tech 21 evo magsafe case as well as tech 21 screen tempered protector. What a waist. The case is so flimsy it bends in on camera button area and breaks the screen protector. Literally lasted days. Teck 21 refuse any refund for this clearly faulty item they are making. Gone are the days of a good case from them. So disappointing will never touch again.

I had to return an item and was forced…
I had to return an item and was forced to use UPS and not get refunded my shipping costs and then pay $20 to ship back $30 headphone case. Total rip-off, never buying direct again, sticking to Amazon.
