Will not stay adhered to clean glass
Bought this from walmart cuz I'd seen it on tv. After it sat in the box for a period I used it for ONE purpose----suction cup it to inside of vehicle windshield or heavy equipment window to hold phone while driving/operating. the suction cups NEVER held it to a clean glass surface for more than about 5-10 minutes. Too late to return it for a refund, I did continue using it for awhile in heavy equipment cuz I could easily reach up and push on the suction cups to re-seal every couple minutes. I would not recommend purchasing this

Do not buy
Do not buy: Poorly designed, HORRIBLE customer "service." Great idea that simply does not function: will not reliably stick to surfaces risking your $2000 camera or $1200 smart phone. Customer service literally takes months to reply or does not reply at all.

I was very excited until they came
I was very excited. But they did not stick to anything. The legs were not long enough so didn't really wrap around anything. I bought 3 . 2 for Christmas presents. 1 for me and the remote kit. My sister & brother didn't like them and neither did I. In an email I was told where to mail them for return . I was told not a problem. I paid the postage and returned them. Order #TNKL-14637195 ON 1/28/2026 I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND! Any help? Lynda Adams (909)957-2386

If I could give negative stars I would. This product is garbage, bulky, huge, doesn't stay put, zero customer service, sent both back and they never responded to my many emails and never gave me my refund. TOTAL SCAM!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I would rate it a massive zero if I could. The product itself is okay but quite often has just not adhered to surfaces and has been genuinely quite risky and the potential for it to just fall and cause a lot of damage to my phone. It took absolutely ages to arrive, I emailed several times due to needing the product for a specific purpose on a specific date and I was completely ignored by customer services. Fast forward less than a year and it has already totally broken. I have emailed seeking a refund/replacement due to the premium price point and once again, totally ignored, no response whatsoever and I don’t think I’ve ever actually been able to speak to a human being or had any acknowledgement to any of my emails ever sent. Shockingly poor customer service, very average product which does not live up to the bold claims made and advertised of its capabilities. I think I’m mostly just really gobsmacked that there is such a lack of care for people that have spent money on this product and the fact that they just completely ignore their customers is enough for me to say absolutely never purchase from this company. Extremely poor in every aspect and totally not worth your money, time, nor your inevitable frustration. Save yourselves people! Steer clear!
