scam
I spent a lot of money on a watch for my boyfriend’s birthday. I ordered it on Friday the 9th of August and paid £5 extra for next day delivery. It is now the 18th of August and I haven’t recieved my order. This place is a scam don’t order from them. I put the tracking number into royal mail and it says “unable to confirm the status of your item”. I have emailed and sent a message and had nothing back. I will be taking this further through legal means. Shame on you, don’t know who you are scamming, could be someone’s last penny.

Faulty watches
Faulty watches. I read the reviews about condensation prior to buying the watch and naively still gave the company the benefit of the doubt. Watch has never been worn in water and is alway taken off when doing dishes etc. Suprise suprise full of condensation after 8 weeks of use. No point even arguing with the company as the clearly give the same waffle to everyone whose bought faulty watches. I'd be keen to know how many other people this has happened to out of all the initial positive reviews. Yes delivery was fine but if you want a watch to last longer than a couple of months, do yourself a favour and avoid!

The watch I bought is fake
The watch I bought is fake. I’ve got the same watch I purchased from Beaverbrooks 6 yrs ago. I bought it again because my old watch was a bit battered I really like this watch so I bought it again. I’ve compared the two watches and the wording “BOSS” is larger on the watch purchased off the Watch Company. I received no email to confirm delivery off either Royal Mail or The Watch Company. I’ve got no invoice or return address.

Watch serial number already registered
Bought a Tissot watch. Went to register it on Tissot website - "Watch serial number already registered". The Watch Studio don't answer the phone after multiple attempts. Credit card charge back initiated. Most likely a fake watch. Don't be pulled in by cheap prices. Buy from a reputable seller.
