The eye cream does nothing for my dark…
The eye cream does nothing for my dark circles. I’m very disappointed. I have sent several emails to request information on doing a return. No response. I found a phone number so I called. The greeting said that all customer service reps were busy and to leave a voicemail containing my email or phone number. I’m betting that I won’t hear anything. I will continue to call and email until I get a response. I’m worried that the 30 days will be up by the time I get a response. The product took a very long time to get here. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering again.

Arrogante bedrijfsvoering
De producten zijn heerlijk en zuinig in gebruik. De bedrijfsvoering is daarentegen niet echt volgens de ayurvedische leer eerder arrogant en weinig klantvriendelijk. Namaste maar niet heus.

Some jars smell differently
I ordered the Blavana Face pomade in Jan 2026 and loved it. I ordered three more jars in february. However one of the jars, fortunately the first one that I opened, had a funny smell to it unlike my January jar. I wrote an email to the company on Mar 11 complaining about the scent, well within my 30-day guarantee. They simply said that it was the ingredients and sometimes they will smell differently or some such nonsense. I opened the other 2 Jars and they smelled just fine. So I went through the two other jars and tonight I again opened the third one (that had a funny smell) hoping for the best. I put it on my neck and after about 2 minutes, I had to wash it off because I couldn't get beyond the funny smell. I again complained to the company. Guess what? They won't do anything for me because now I am not within that 30-day guarantee. Yet when I complained on March 11th, I was well within my 30 day guaranteed but they chose not to offer a replacement. I guess I should have insisted, but they made it sound like the odor was normal and not a bad batch. This is no way to run a business if all they do is make excuses for odd odors that I am certainly not happy with, within a 30 day window. By the way they offered me a whopping 15% off when blavanna is back in stock.

Slecht bedrijf! Geen levertijd beloven als je het niet kan waarmaken. Vage onduidelijke mails die je terug ontvangt die niets zeggen over waar je bestelling is en blijft. Ik ga hier Nooit meer Bestellen. En als je er wat van vind word je nog uitgelachen ook en krijg je Namaste als antwoord😂
