Got a reply from my last review from…
Got a reply from my last review from the beauty store, asked me to send an email. I would but the email address they gave me was non existent, my emails were sent back not delivered. If they tried giving correct email address out it would help. Again don't shop with this store eternity was not eternity, ive used it for years, who knows what that fragrance was they sent. My last review was screened as abusive ,which was not I only told the truth that this sites a scam, it was published in the end after bring reviewed, obviously the beauty store objected to people giving an honest opinion. Probably another reply giving me the same email address asking me to contact them, the email address is false.

I have never had a problem with any delivery, I would not blame the beauty store for delivery, as thats really dumb, they do not own the delivery service, why comment sad people.

I purchased a £340 bottle of perfume…
I purchased a £340 bottle of perfume via Cosmetify, it arrived having been previously opened, returned it and am having to sue them to get my money back. Don’t use them under any circumstances.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Jack from Customer Service couldn’t even be bothered to respond to my 1000 emails about the return. I haven’t even received the item yet, the item basically unopened but I already requested a return. Seriously, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

[The Beauty Store] Re: Re: A shipment from order #TBS161730 has been delivered This is an email I had regarding my order for 75ml Gucci bamboo tester placed in April. I haven’t received the order and all correspondence is not being answered, no response on phone, how do I get my money back?!! Footnote, you haven’t provided me with either, just that it was delivered! I have asked for the proof including photo.
