I have been a customer long before they…
I have been a customer long before they introduced the "stronger" and "strongest" black seed oil. The "strong" used to be the strongest they had and tasted like their now "strongest". Now the "strong" is weak and they expect you to pay more than double for the same product because of name changes to attain the potency that I was receiving previously for years. I have emailed them and the only response is that they've included a small bottle of the "strongest" to compensate with the orders of "strong". This is not okay and very fraudulent. I respected this company, spent a lot of money with them and referred them to MANY people. Now I am switching to Amazing Herbs brand as theirs is still potent with the same thymoquinine content for the same price.

This is the best
This is the best! My fireman son was cursed with kidney stones. He passed one on arrival on vacation in Kauai. I had a bottle of Black Seed with me and he has taken two capsules everyday since then. That was 10 years ago and has not had an episode since. He is not a pill taker and doesn't take any other capsules other than the Black Seed. Thank you for this great product!!!

After sales service at its Best from The Blessed Seed
I previously wrote a review of this company based on my experience and issues regarding the shipment of my package.which wasn't very complimentary of Blessed Seed. Ive decided to delete same as i received an email from Abdullah, the CEO, who not only redressed my email but went the extra mile of changing the transaction to a complimentary gift for all the inconvenience and confusion i had experienced throughout my waiting for my package. It was unexpected since i had genuinely believed the package would be lost in transit. It is much appreciated. I am impressed with the prompt assistance by Abdullah and his willingness to provide solutions to my concerns. Its obvious that to The Blessed Seed, customers concerns do matter, and they are able to make concessions where it needs to be made. Thank you Abdullah. Much appreciated
