Scam.. they know how to scam you. you have this offer get one and buy one but the catch is you have to select the extra bottle if you don't u will end up paying for one one. then when u realise they have a clause will not return if delivered. hox and scammers.

NO PUDE COMPRAR, POR QUE NO TENIAN PARA DARME LA VUELTA....
Fuí a comprar un producto al Body Shop del Centro Comercial Glorias en Barcelona y al ir a pagar el chico que estaba en la caja me dijo que NO PODIA REALIZAR LA COMPRA por que no tenía dinero para darme la vuelta. Pagaba con 50€, un producto de 12€. Si no tienes cambio, no eres tiemda. NO SE QUE PENSARAN SUS JEFES.

Waste of time
I have just had the most frustrating experience with a chat bot ! It took ages before I was put through to a human who had no clue what he or she was talking about. I currently have two pending debits on my credit card, one for £77 and the other for £67 when I have only placed ONE order. The person at the other end of the online chat could not explain to me why this is the case. I only got the usual platitude like ‘We gladly assist you if you get debited with both amounts’. It took me ONE hour in this online chat before I finally received a tracking number for my parcel. I have not had an email to tell me that my items have left the warehouse, nor an expected delivery date. I will never order from The Body Shop again. Very disappointed!!!
