Bus late for pickup and had no air conditioning
The bus from Edmonton to Calgary was late by 45 minutes for pickup. The bus did not have air conditioning either, so the 4 hour trip occurred in searing summer heat, even though the air outside was cooler than the air inside the bus. Numerous people in the bus almost fainted because of the heat. Awful experience, would not recommend The Canada Bus to anyone, there are better bus companies to spend your money on.

This company and service is the worst…
This company and service is the worst in Canadian history ! Trying not to give people refunds ! Even though it’s clearly their fault ! And there should be a refund . I can’t wait till this company gets shut down for good they should be illegal and shut down immediately . Worst experience on my life

Don’t take bus Canada !
Criminal! Support are not Canadians! refused to give me my refund. I made a complaint with the BBB address provided I went very early not enough direction at all complete joke… I am requesting an immediate full refund for my ticket. I am a person with a disability, and I walked for approximately an hour carrying my luggage and a heavy backpack. Now I’m having back spasms. My bus drove right by me! to reach the designated Edmonton pickup location. I was physically present at the location provided for my booking, yet I was unable to board the bus. This situation has caused me significant difficulty and distress, particularly because of my disability and the physical effort required to get to the pickup location with my belongings. I do not consider this a simple “no-show.” I was at the designated pickup location and made a genuine effort to catch the bus. I am therefore requesting that you review what happened and issue my full refund immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to pursue the appropriate consumer and legal avenues and to document my experience publicly through relevant review platforms and social-media channels. Please confirm in writing that my refund is being processed. I expect a prompt

I had really a bad experience in Canada…
I had really a bad experience in Canada bus today with the bus driver . He suddenly pulled off the bus at Tim Hortons from Edmonton to Calgary and just left the bus . Before me there were ladies who went down and the driver was in line with me in the Tim Hortons . Then he just left me and drove the bus he saw me suddenly and started yelling at me without even saying sorry . He is a really rude and arrogant bus old driver .
