Really professional experience
They made our purchase a really special experience. They were really friendly from the minute we entered the shop until we left, letting us take our time to compare a couple of watches. We ultimately chose a Rolex Datejust, which was in excellent condition, with full papers and box. They adjusted the bracelet perfectly and we were offered drinks as the watch was packaged for us and we paid. Sam was great and we will definitely use them again.

Really professional and personalised service
The staff were extremely helpful and professional, allowing us to really take our time to compare two different watches. Very friendly service as we paid for the watch and had the bracelet adjusted (we were offered drinks), and we got various small items with the watch (e.g. watch roll, pad and pen). Sam made the purchase of a special watch a special experience for my wife. The paperwork that came with the watch was accurate in terms of serial numbers etc., and useful for insurance valuation purposes. The watch was in lovely condition for its age, and came with the original box and papers. I will certainly use them again.
