Refunds policy very misleading …
These products are absolutely terrible and, in my opinion, are not suitable for me. They have caused skin reactions and caused my partner to vomit with the smell. The scents are nothing like the originals. What is particularly misleading is the way the company advertises its products as being refundable. I have now been told that if more than two sprays of the product have been used, they will refuse to issue a refund. That means the so-called “refund” policy is effectively meaningless. How is a customer supposed to properly test a fragrance and decide whether they like it or whether it is suitable for them if they are only allowed to use two sprays? In reality, they don't appear to offer a genuine refund at all. Their advertising gives the impression that customers can return the products if they are unhappy, but the conditions they impose make that extremely difficult. I feel this is misleading and gives customers a false impression of their rights. If a company advertises a product as refundable, it should be transparent about the restrictions and not make the refund policy appear more generous than it actually is. I would strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before purchasing these products.

A brilliant service from the The Essence Vault and Gareth regarding my order which was destroyed by Evri and a replacement came very quickly. The perfume is gorgeous.
