Great service from start to finish. Very professional, friendly staff that always looked after you and always sorted out any enquiries. Would deifinently use them in the future. Trusted them 100% with my bottles. Thank you so much to all the staff for all their help

Good friendly advise from this company…
Good friendly advise from this company the only negative I had was that I was selling a set of four and got charged for selling each bottle separately. I feel that if a set is being sold as a single lot, it should only be charged as a single lot (not four!)

I recently sold my small whisky collection and couldn't be happier with the service I received. From my very first enquiry the team was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. They guided me through setting up my online account with patience and made the whole process straightforward. Throughout the online sale I received regular email updates. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Payment was processed promptly and exactly as promised. The entire experience was smooth, transparent and stress free.
