I placed an order 14/08/26 free delivery 3-5 working days. I tried to contact them because I didn’t receive my order and you can’t you have to use a contact form on the website I was reassured because I received an acknowledgement even though it looked like AI it said that I would be contacted but I’ve heard nothing. Today Evri delivered a small parcel from Inkey with one item in it so I have had to start again trying to contact them it really is a shabby service #946021

Terrible experience
Terrible experience , product never received I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I never received my product, yet they are making it incredibly difficult to get my refund. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue properly, they keep giving me excuses and THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND ME The customer service has been awful and I feel completely ignored as a customer. I paid for an item that I never received, so I expect my money to be refunded. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Beware Inkey List Reward Program
I received an email telling me I had over 2,000 points worth a $20 reward that were about to expire. What the email didn’t tell me was that you can only redeem $15 per order. I only discovered that after fighting through checkout and contacting customer service. The expiration email also didn’t include the actual expiration date. I had to contact support multiple times before anyone finally told me when my points expired. To make matters worse, I previously had to fight just to get the referral points I had earned credited to my account in the first place. I like some of their products, but the rewards program has been frustrating, confusing and lacks transparency. There are plenty of skincare brands with loyalty programs that clearly explain how they work. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down basic information like redemption limits and expiration dates.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have been trying to resolve an issue regarding my order being sent to the incorrect address through no fault of my own. I initially contacted Inkey regarding this, and they asked me to confirm my correct address (bearing in mind that this is already on record as I have an account), which I did. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing. I contacted them again to ask how this issue was going to be resolved, and again I heard nothing. I then contacted them for a third time and have still had no response. Therefore, I have paid for an item that I haven’t received. This is appalling customer service. I will not buy their products again.

I really rate the inkey face cream been…
I really rate the inkey face cream been using it for nearly two years and love it, highly recommend it but i am sick to death of been bomb bared with email/ messages every single day some 2/3 times a day I have requested to unsubscribe to know avail. If it carries on I will stop buying from them
