To ThemeREX: On 17 January 2026 we responsibly reported a serious security incident on our production site running your ANN theme: multiple unauthorized PHP files created within minutes inside core directories and trx_addons paths. We offered hashes, timestamps and directory listings. Your only reply was "thank you" — no investigation, no advisory, no patch guidance. In June 2026, CVE-2026-1969 (unauthenticated arbitrary file upload in ThemeREX Addons < 2.38.5) was publicly disclosed — the same vulnerability class we reported in January. You never notified your customers. In July 2026 our server was breached again; attacker shells exfiltrated database credentials, authentication salts and user data across 26 sites. Your silence between our January report and the public CVE left every customer exposed. We have published a 1-star review documenting this and filed a refund request with Envato. We expect: (1) acknowledgment of our January disclosure, (2) a statement on what was vulnerable in January 2026 and when it was fixed, (3) confirmation of the refund.

Doesnt work with many plugins
Instead of properly embedding their themes into the wordpress structure, they made their bespoke theme manager that doesnt work and poorly documented. Please avoid.

Una perdida de tiempo, compré a plantilla en envato elements, tengo el codigo de compra facilitado por envato pero no puedo activar la plantilla desde el panel de administración de WP. Ahora debo perder tiempo para una cosa que ya pagué.. ThemeRex.. espabilad que ya estamos en el siglo XXI.
