Price-matched me generously, then tried to use it to strip my legal return rights
I placed a large order and, after noticing a price drop, asked customer service to match the price on 6 specific items, a modest and reasonable ask to save both of us the hassle and waste of a return-and-reorder. Their team went ahead and matched 15 items instead of the 6 I asked for, without me requesting that. Generous on the surface, but then they used their own unilateral decision to declare all those items "Final Sale" and non-returnable, a term I never agreed to and that appeared for the first time in their reply confirming the refund. When I later tried to return separate items under my legal right of withdrawal (EU/German consumer law), customer service pointed to that same self-imposed Final Sale label to refuse the return, as if a company can strip a customer's statutory rights by declaring so in an email. It can't. The right of withdrawal for standard apparel cannot be waived, not by the customer and certainly not unilaterally by the retailer. Very disappointing experience. What should have been a straightforward, good-faith interaction turned into a company trying to use its own goodwill gesture as leverage against a legal right I never gave up. Be careful requesting any price adjustment, it seems to come with strings you never agreed to.

Ordered a dress size 6 based on their size guide. The dress I received matched the sizing for a size 2. Was told there was no way to exchange it and I was out of luck and should have written to them first to inquire about the size. Garbage.

Absolutely disgraceful, avoid this company
I find it absolutely disgraceful that after two full weeks, I am still waiting for a refund for items that I returned. The clothing I received was extremely disappointing. Clothing manufactured in China delivered in plastic packaging, yet sold at prices you would expect to pay for high-quality branded clothing. The quality simply does not justify the prices they charge. What makes the experience even worse is their customer service. They do not seem to take customers seriously and respond with generic answers that do absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. You pay the full amount upfront without any problem, but once you return your order and expect your money back, suddenly getting a proper response or refund becomes incredibly difficult. I honestly wish I had read the reviews about this company before placing my order. I certainly would not have ordered from them. After waiting two weeks without receiving my refund, I have now been forced to open a dispute through PayPal. The entire experience has left me feeling completely ripped off. Taking customers' money immediately while making them wait endlessly to get their own money back after returning an order is unacceptable. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and business practice. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Poor quality
Bought an expensive silk dress with viscose underlay. After I hand washed it in cold water with mild shampoo and lay dried it, the viscose part shrank dramatically. Absolute disappointment. The underlay was also a bit longer then the dress itself at the start so didn't look great to be honest. Why not bring your viscose to structural stability before sewing? Both, the issue with the underlay being too long and the subsequent shrinking tell me they didn't bother to prepare the fabrics properly. Delivery was prompt, and I needed the dress for an occasion but that's pretty much it. I'd avoid them as for the prices, the quality is very bad.
