Advanced fee scam targeting venue owners (Formerly Findandstay.com)
Please be aware that this platform operates an advanced fee subscription scam targeting venue and property owners.A sales representative reaches out to property owners promising high-paying bookings if you pay an upfront subscription/listing fee.This is the exact same operation previously run under the domain Findandstay.com. Once the upfront fee is paid, all communication stops, and no actual bookings are ever delivered.They have simply rebranded to "The Rental Hive" with a new website, targeting the exact same database of owners they contacted in the past.Do not pay any upfront listing or setup fees. Legitimate platforms charge on a commission basis after a booking is secured.

The company is a scam
The company is a scam - no bookings or contact. Incorrect property details despite updating multiple times. Contractual agreement saying money would be refunded if no bookings which has not been adhered to. Unable to contact them for weeks and then sparadic replies saying accounts department will respond - it has now been 3 months since first contact about this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

A great company and did a good job in providing customers I had a property in Belgium and receive ample number of bookings and I registered two years ago. Michael was very polite and give me clear advice regarding my property on their site.

AVOID - THIS IS A SCAM! BEWARE! FELLOW HOLIDAY HOME HOSTSDO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!
AVOID! Do not be fooled by this company! It is a front end operation with an underlying scam! I paid my rental fees and all seemed well - in fact they were very responsive and I started with very positive feelings....UNTIL 31st DECEMBER 2025. Then 1st January 2026, the phone lines went dead, no support response from emails and my listings all disappeared from the site. I suspect that the listings you see on the site are ALL FALSE! They are slick and have done a runner! Holiday Rental Hosts - UPDATE! on 20th January (ie one day after my review was published) they wrote to me to say that the work to the site was now completed and that listings were now online - UNTRUE!!!!!! WARNING! Do not be deceived by this company as I have been! DA EVITARE! Non fatevi ingannare da questa azienda! È un'operazione di front-end con una truffa sottostante! Ho pagato il canone di affitto e tutto sembrava a posto - in realtà sono stati molto reattivi e ho iniziato con sensazioni molto positive... FINO AL 31 DICEMBRE 2025. Poi, il 1° gennaio 2026, le linee telefoniche sono cadute, nessuna risposta di supporto via email e tutti i miei annunci sono scomparsi dal sito. Ho il sospetto che gli annunci che vedete sul sito siano TUTTI FALSI! Sono furbi! Host di Case Vacanza - AGGIORNAMENTO! Il 20 gennaio (ovvero un giorno dopo la pubblicazione della mia recensione) mi hanno scritto per dirmi che i lavori sul sito erano stati completati e che gli annunci erano ora online - FALSO!!!!!! ATTENZIONE! Non fatevi ingannare da questa azienda come è successo a me!
