I ordered a shirt but unfortunately it was lost in the post. After contacting Retrokits they replied the next day and replaced the shirt immediately. Perfect customer service. Shirt arrived and was as described. 5 stars

Quick and Great support
I ordered a uniform by mistake,then I told them to refund me. After that, they refunded me for only three days.Customer service is very good. I will buy uniforms from them. If you need help, you can call for help on the website, and you should tell them what you want them to do with as much detail as possible. Added in 26/08/2026 My money came back for 5 days after I sent an email.

Shame I couldn't give it zero stars. They take your money then don't send anything. Zero customer service, no items sent, 2 months now and nothing.

Shocking company...stay well clear.
Shocking company, stay away. Advised 4 days after order placement one item out of stock no completely blanking me for updates on the order. No customer service skills, no telephone number. Credit card route to claim money back now. Shocking. Update 19th august: for anyone struggling to get a response, amazingly I got one within hours of posting a poor review here, rather than my multiple emails / messages. Clearly the company cares about public image. Update 29th August: and no surprises....still no product. Promised it would arrive last week, tracking number suggests nothing apart from awaiting delivery. Two reasons for putting this: to warn others and to actually get a response to yet another email which I'm clearly now getting ignored. Do not part money with this company. Spend a little bit more and get the service deserved. Not good. Not recommend.

I have ordered Norway '98 World Cup retro kit and quality is really good! There are many bad reviews BUT this is really good quality. Shipping took around 2 weeks, after each status there was email from them and all was fine in the end!
