Finger weg !! Im April gekauft und innerhalb von 14 Tagen vom Kaufvertrag zurückgetreten. Nur 80% sollte erstattet werden.Bis heute keine Ware und keine Erstattung. 1 Monat über Paypal kommuniziert und den Streitfall verloren, da Paypal sich nicht zuständig fühlt, wenn Ware nicht einen Fehler ausgewiesen hat.

Finger weg - hält sich nicht an deutschen Recht !!
Im April einen Fehlkauf getätigt und innerhalb von 14 Tagen vom Kaufvertrag zurückgetreten. Darauf wollte Thermomate mir nur 80% zurück erstatten, ob wohl es nach deutschen Recht 100% sein müssen. 1 Monat über Paypal kommuniziert und den Streitfall verloren, da mein Fehlkauf kein Schaden der Ware beinhaltet. Jetzt aktuell einen Rechtstreit ausgerufen und darauf hat Thermomate reagiert. Ware auf eigene Kosten zurückgesendet und Thermomate hat 76,19 % erstattet. Rechtsstreit läuft weiter.

UNABLE TO GET REFUND. I bought a 5.5kw water heater which I found out was unsuitable before it arrived. I have tried multiple times to return this via their website and by emailing directly but they have been completely unresponsive other than one contact where they requested a video of the unopened box. I sent this but received no reply. Very frustrating and expensive mistake to use this company.

I bought the 36" built in ceramic digital cooktop with 6 burners in February 2025. I have used electric cooktops, basic ceramic cooktops, and gas ranges as cooktops or as full blown ovens for over 60 years. When the cooktop in my kitchen went out in 2024, I limped along using two burners out of it that worked feeding 6 people for over a year as I could not afford the prices of a new cook top. I was finally able to get myself in a position that I could buy one. In the end, I had to finance it through Affirm to be able to get a low monthly payment I could afford to be able to purchase this cooktop. I was leary of it because of reviews I had read about the experiences of others but it had all the features I truly wanted. I am here to say my experience has been fantastic. This cooktop can be locked so my grandchildren, who live with me, can not easily turn it on, and my cats can not turn it on. It has a grill in the middle of four burner areas that can serve as a small burner or one big burner right in the center of the cooktop that you can choose to have the whole grill or just a smaller burner, works fantastic for any grill pan where you can cook right on top of extremely easily and you have plenty of room when you are using all the other 5 burners. In conjunction with the option of having a grill or just a small burner, there are four other burners, one is small, one is inbetween small and medium, one is medium and one is large which is a dual burner. The large burner can be used as a small burner or a large burner big enough to hold a large skillet that will hold at least 3- 4 medium size pork chops. The burners are digital so you simply hit + or - to select your temperature setting. It heats up really fast and cools down pretty quickly. While it is cooling down if blinks an H to remind you the burner still has heat. It is extremely easy to keep clean and looks extremely attractive in my kitchen. It is almost completely flush to the counter top and cleaning around it is a breeze. I was able to install it myself in about 2 hours as I am a read all the instructions kind of a person. Recently, a pot was dropped on it and cracked the top. So, now I only have the outside burners on the left that I can use safely. Unfortunately, the crack is spreading slowly. I am very dismayed at it breaking from the pot dropping on it but it breaking is operator error. If you are looking for a sleek, classy and highly functional cooktop for a reasonable price, this is the one. It heats up quickly and cools down the same way. I also has a timer that is very efficient to help keep track of different foods you are cooking so you do not over or under cook them. You can cook in at least 5 different skillets or pots at one or 4 with a grill rocking in the middle. This makes it extremely fluid to make large get together meals in a snap. If you read other reviews, like I did and you aren't sure if this model is for you, I will buy another one, once I am able, as I am very impressed with how well it functions and how well it echos a gourmet cook feeling to my kitchen. You will not regret your purchase! I love it and I have used a lot of different ovens and cooktops over 60 years, even in restaurants, and this one I will buy again. If you like to cook, this one is a keeper!

Thermomate Tankless Electric on Demand Hot Water Heater
On January 23, 2026 I ordered a Thermomate Tankless Electric On Demand Instant Hot Water Heater - 240V | 8kW for about $200 to heat the water for a small kitchenette and a powder room. We received it several days later. As our construction project, like all projects, was unpredictable, we couldn't install the model until a little over 30 days after receiving it. The model, which indicates it should be able to reliably heat the water for two faucets, could not heat the water for even one faucet above luke warm and then only if we turned the water pressure way down on the hot water supply line. When I called Thermomate to return the unit, they refused to take it since it was a few days past the 30 return period. Alternatively, I ordered a 40 gal water tank for $400 which works very well. But now I have a useless on demand water heater that I paid $200 for. Next time I'll buy from Home Depot or Lowes or another supplier that has a reasonable return policy of 90 days or so.
