Disgusting customer service
I wish I could give 0 stars they don’t even deserve 1 star! I have had an issue ongoing with them since April! It is now August and stilll no resolution different people from customer service email and ask for the same details again and again. They said I would get a refund asked for my bank details a month later I still have not been refunded back!

My watch is perfectly okay but the…Disappointed
My watch is perfectly okay but the strap has a fault after wearing just for a few months. It’s caught in some of my clothes,bedding and scratched me. I sent an email some weeks ago now and am still awaiting a reply. At the moment the watch is in my drawer as I can’t wear it in case it catches in my clothes. Not much good having a watch if you can’t wear it!!!!!
