ThinOptics has been amongst the very best companies to work with.
ThinOptics has been amongst the all-time best companies for me as a longtime customer. That includes across the board product quality, performance, customer support services, with timely , reliable turnaround for warranty or replacement glasses when needed. I have been wearing their reading glasses for several years now, with backup emergency lenses that I carry in a keychain along with the standard eyewear in their elegant, easily transportable cases. It must sound like I’m an AI bot or something, lol, but no, I’m a busy physician still working after retirement in 2019-I came back to help out when the call came for doctors in California to pitch-in during the COVID epidemic. I’m turning 70 at the end of this month. I’ve always been busy, with multiple projects going on. Unfortunately, sometimes I go too fast and break things, unintentionally that is, unlike the credo of those geniuses down the Peninsula in Silicon Valley! I say this because ThinOptics has covered my glasses on repeated occasions (okay, I’m a klutz!), usually without cost and a very fast turnaround time for the replacements. I haven’t changed my ways over these many years, and so, replacements have been needed on a few occasions. Always reliable, consistent and personally responsive customer service individuals, like Ian who most recently helped me, make me a lifelong fan of ThinOptics. I wish other companies could match their performance. This review is 100% written by me without AI or Chat or other assistance. I’m sure it could get polished up with outside help but it is more genuine standing alone from me to you. I am willing to answer questions about my review, within reason. Glasses fell out of Keychain case
Glasses fell out of Keychain case. I reported to Thin Optics. They not only replaced the case but also the glasses! Amazing. Best customer service I have ever experienced. Great company. Thank you Thin Optics
