EXCELLENT Customer Service Experience
I worked with an agent named Maria and she provided excellent customer service. She was so thorough with her communication and kept following up until we resolved my issue. A great tool, backed by people who behave like real partners
I've been using Thrive Architect for many years, and as a designer, what has always made it special to me is the freedom it gives me to actually design. I can build the visual message I want, without having the graphic design dictated by the structure of the page. When design is part of the communication itself, Thrive Architect is an irreplaceable tool in my workflow. Thrive's support team is consistently knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely helpful.

Highly recommend Thrive Support! We had an issue where the WooCommerce Product and Course delinked and it took some troubleshooting to figure out why and how to resolve it. It’s all fixed now, thanks to Belen from Thrive Support who was excellent , very helpful, and genuinely cared when troubleshooting our issue. Thank you kindly!

The turnaround time for a production…
The turnaround time for a production issue always determines why we buy a software product. We had an issue while adding a critical addition to an existing product line. Support received in time made it for us.

Excellent support – helpful, professional and reliable I’ve been using Thrive Themes for quite some time, and one of the things I really appreciate is their support. Whenever I have a question or run into something I can’t solve on my own, the support team is responsive, professional and genuinely helpful. They don’t just provide a quick standard answer – they take the time to understand what I’m trying to achieve and explain the solution clearly. My latest experience with Belen was another great example. She helped me with a specific setup for my new podcast page, answered my follow-up questions quickly and clearly, and provided a solution that was simple and worked exactly as I needed it to. It’s reassuring to know that when I do need help, there are knowledgeable people on the other side who actually look at the problem and help me solve it.
