I found this website highly efficient. We thought tickets at a very competitive price for acquaventure. They were always prompt to reply and answered all my queries very promptly. They were so good that I decided to book jet ski tickets with them via WhatsApp. I 100% recommend them.

Did not have what they were selling
I bought a three day ticket for Tivoli Villas in Italy, and received a confirmation and my payment was processed. Several days later, I got a notification from some third party payment processor that I got a refund of my payment, with no explanation and no message from TickYourList. I didn't know if I had a ticket or not at that point. Only on contacting them to ask did I find that they did not actually have the ticket available that they were offering. Though a chat agent appeared to try to find something for me, they failed and did not deliver.
