No delivery, no response from customer service
I ordered several products in the past years and I’ve ordered from Tijn (Walk On) several times over the past few years and was generally satisfied, apart from the very long shipping times. The quality is on the cheaper side, but considering the low prices, I thought that was fair. Unfortunately, my most recent order was a huge disappointment. I placed it in March, and to this day I still haven’t received my products. I tried contacting them multiple times via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram, but every single message was ignored. By the time it became clear that my order wasn’t going to arrive, the deadline to file a payment dispute had already passed, so I ended up losing around CHF 100. Delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I won’t be ordering from them again.

After a first bad experience, customer service was good
Unfortunately I received a wrong product (wrong model and wrong prescription). I informed the customers service and they were reactive. They promised to send me the right pair. So far, I did not receive the product yet, but I hope it won't be long and that this time it will be the correct one. Despite a first bad experience, it sounds that the customer service is good.

I have bought several pairs of the Henk…
I have bought several pairs of the Henk frame from Tijn. The tortoiseshell colorway wore fine, and I have been wearing a pair in yellow and purple for several years with no issues. However, the bright pink pair that I bought 8 months ago now shows many places where the enamel has just flaked off. All over the glasses. The raw metal underneath is exposed and it has been causing irriration where it contacts my skin. I emailed customer service with absolutely no response. Crickets. Emailed again. Nothing. Sent DMs in social media. Nothing. Posted on social media hoping that the attention (I have 34k followers) would at least make them respond to me, but silence. So they make something with questionable quality and don't care if it falls apart. Good to know. Never buying from them again.

Not exactly a scam, but not worth it
This company is not an outright scam, but their return policy requires you to ship even clearly defective glasses back to China at your own expense. They don't provide a label or anything, so you have to figure out shipping yourself and pay ~$50 to ship from the US, which means that if you paid about $100 for a pair of glasses you're barely getting half your money back. I've previously gotten prescription glasses from them that were fine, but if you get a pair that are unusable due to their mistake it's a colossal hassle and waste of money - I'd recommend using a different company. Edit: Tijn replied to my review to say that they had provided a range of resolution options which is a lie. The only option I was given was to ship the unusable glasses back to China at my own expense.

FUYEZ ! les lunettes ne correspondent pas du tout à la description, ne ressemble pas aux photos et le vendeur ne répond pas. -UPDATE EN REPONSE AU COMMENTAIRE DU VENDEUR SUR CE POST- Après verification de mes indésirables, je vous confirme que je n'ai pas reçu de nouvelles de la part de TIJN. Les lunettes n'ont pas la même taille que ce qui est indiqué sur le site. Je peux comprendre une erreur, mais veuillez svp mettre en place une politique de retour convenable pour que les acheteurs ne se retrouvent pas injustement bloqué avec une marchandise qui ne convient pas. Merci.
