Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service. I accidentally placed an order and contacted Timex almost immediately to cancel it, while it was still unfulfilled and before it had shipped. Despite several emails and automated responses, Timex refused to stop the shipment and instructed me to receive the international package in Israel and then return it. I received another Timex watch only last week, but this experience has caused me to lose confidence in the company and its customer service.

I contacted Timex to see about warranty…
I contacted Timex to see about warranty claims on a watch that I had purchased 13 months before, to see if the warranty was still in effect. They told me that it was not and that if repairs were needed I would need to send it from British Columbia, Canada to a Canadian gathering point in Ontario, Canada, where it would be shipped to the USA and then on to the Philipines where they would then give me a price on fixing the watch. All of the transportation would be at my expense. Terrible customer service. I would never buy another Timex.

Could I rate it a 0? I am a 67 year old woman who has been happily buying Timex watches for decades. I have always been happy with them, because they were reliable and affordable. Timex was the standard for everyday watches. That's simply not the case anymore. A year ago I bought a Timex and it lasted less than a year. I thought it was an anomaly. I just got unlucky with that one. Last November I bought a women's Timex Expedition for $45 on Amazon. In February it would randomly just stop working. If I held down the button for a few seconds, it would restart and work for a while. Eventually even that didn't work. I contacted Timex, and they told me that I could send it back, and because it was still under warranty it would cost me $8 (for shipping) to fix it. I sent it back in May, and then didn't hear from them. Last week (8-6-26) I reached out to them to see what the status was. They responded, that they had sent me an invoice through Paypal for $30 to get it fixed. I responded that they could keep it before I paid that, since it should still be under warranty. In the first place, unless I've recently done business with PayPal, I don't open emails from them, because there are so many scams. You'd think that Timex would respond to my email. They haven't. I've been a faithful customer for at least 50 years. They have lost all credibility. I'll never buy another Timex.

Je mets une étoile car 0 n ‘est pas possible, j’ai reçu une montre qui ne fonctionnait pas, renvoyé le jour même, 3 semaines après TIMEX me dit ne pas avoir reçu la montre alors que la preuve de réception est 2 jours après !!!!! Une grosse arnaque !!!!!

Worst customer service ever
I bought a watch through the European site of Timex. First Timex watch ever. When I received the watch I was disappointed by the quality of the watch and value for money. When I wanted to return the watch I had the worst E-commerce customer service experience of my life. I submitted a return and refund on the site. No reply. Send an email requesting a return label. Day’s later I got an email from the customer service asking for the reason for return. I replied back that I wanted to return it because I was disappointed in the quality and value for money. Again I had to wait for days for a reply. Then I received an email that my return label was processed and I had to wait another 24 to 48 hours. After excactly 48 hours I received a return label with the warning that it was only valid for 5 days. I went to the post office within the 5 days and got told the return label was not valid and also never was. Timex is stalling and making returning an item difficult on purpose to discourage you to proceed with the return and refund. Timex does not comply with European E-commerce laws for right to return and refund. They sell through an European site and ship within Europe. I never experience this kind of behavior and customer service. So my advice, never ever buy a Timex watch because if you do and you want to return it, they make it impossible and frustrating.
