TLS contact is a scam, waiting for a refund for over a year
TLS contact is a scam!!! I’ve been trying to get a refund for over a year for a prime time appointment booking (my appointment was during normal times). I’ve followed up over email over a dozen times and still haven’t received a refund. I left a previous review - they told me to submit feedback and my reference number - I did and still did not hear back.

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience Every member of staff was extremely rude, especially the person working at reception. I have honestly never been treated so badly in a place like this. The level of customer service was completely unacceptable. Staff should not be treating families, especially those with children, with such a lack of respect and courtesy. I was also sent a survey to rate my experience and provide feedback on the service. Interestingly, when I went to complete it on the very same day it was sent to me, I was already unable to access or complete the survey, which I found extremely disappointing and concerning. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the way customers are treated in the future. It is completely unacceptable to have staff behaving in this way, particularly in a service used by families. An absolutely horrible experience. I also find it very concerning that the UK government uses services where the standard of customer service can be this poor.

Really frustrating experience
Really frustrating experience with TLScontact. I have been trying since Tuesday to get an application removed from my account, including calling several times and submitting the relevant form, and it still has not been done. I also had to cancel an appointment because the visa category was wrong, but I was not able to get a refund, despite trying to correct the issue as soon as possible. The website is confusing, the visa categories are unclear, and it is very difficult to get useful support when something goes wrong. The whole process has been unnecessarily stressful.
