I love the device

I love the device, Only used 1x so far but was great fun. also the contact with the TopDog Team is amazing. they respond super quickly and are helpful to any questions I have had so far.

Hello my name is Oliver Targett

Hello my name is Oliver Targett. I’m a self employed entrepreneur with a Mobile Dog Gym in the Hereford area of the UK. My gym is great and doing very well, we’re 75% full. I’m always looking to grow my unique business. After seeing Top Dog on a facebook clip I knew that this would be the perfect added extra to my business. As a middle aged man I prefer to speak to an actual person instead of a AI machine or a website, after speaking with the manager who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the machine I was confident that this would be perfect. I tell everyone about the machine and the professional company. I would highly recommend Top Dog. Thank you Oliver Targett. ❤️👍🐾

This review is Completely Bogus and Misleading. We asked for an order number, purchaser name, address or proof of purchase, but none was provided. Reviewer stated that its over 3 years old. Which is great example of longetivity of the product, that reviewer never had to contact us in all those 3 years of using the machine. Despite being unable to verify the machine’s ownership or history, we still helped to disgnose t over watsapp messages, with no co-operation from the reviewer, we offered to inspect it and asked the reviewer to send it to us for proper diagnosis. That offer was refused. The reviewer then stated that they would continue posting negative reviews and has since published multiple reviews concerning the same interaction. Without proof of purchase and without being permitted to inspect the machine, we cannot verify its condition, history or the alleged fault. Posting repeated reviews while refusing the offered inspection and help raises serious concerns about the fairness and credibility of these claims. PS- Our social media channels were also bombarded by similar kind of bogus reviews by samew individual which were reported and eventually removed by the Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Administrators. The matter has been reported to , and the full WhatsApp conversation and screenshots have been provided to their team. We wish the reviewer the very best going forward.

No concern was raised about batery etc, infact the video reviewer shared was taken from 20feet off the machine and it was running. When we decided to buy our own drag…

When we decided to buy our own drag lure machine we searched the web considering prices, delivery time and customer reviews. The TopDog Store was superior in all categories. We have not been let down!! The machine was sent out in a few days and we’re swiftly in our hands. TopDog kept in touch all the time, being early morning or late evening, even in weekends to ensure that we were happy. Due to clumsy customs checks, one component had to be replaced. I can’t believe how professional and customer friendly TopDog has handled every single aspect of our purchase. From personal videos trying to locate problem, to sending off new component without any costs for us. The machine itself works perfectly!! We are so satisfied! Our dogs love it, we love it, and everyone who trains with us loves it. I will highly recommend everyone who thinks about getting a drag lure machine to buy it from TopDog Store! It comes with lifelong and the best customer service ever 😁
