Its a Scam! I wanted to top up my Bloodstrike account, so I first made a small test top-up, and they said it was done, but there was nothing in my account, and the customer service is terrible.

Good enough
Although they require the information of your account in NTE, it did work and was fast. (I just reset the password after that and that's it), but it's a risk you have to go through anyway. That's the only reason I'm not rating it 5/5 If they only used the UID it were 5/5 for sure and not 4/5

Unexpected and invasive KYC requirement
Unexpected and invasive KYC requirement I attempted to make a $175 purchase through TopUpLive using PayPal. My payment was accepted, but afterward I was asked to complete identity verification involving my government-issued ID and a webcam/liveness check. I wasn't comfortable providing that level of personal information for a game top-up, so I declined and requested a refund. To their credit, TopUpLive did refund me, so I have no complaint about the final resolution. My issue is that I would have preferred the possibility of this level of KYC verification to be made very clear before payment. Once the money has already been taken, customers may feel pressured to complete verification they otherwise wouldn't have agreed to. I'm posting this mainly so other customers know that ID/webcam verification may be required and can decide whether they're comfortable with that before purchasing.
