No response from many requests to customer support
I ordered two shirts from this shop in the largest size available (2x - Asian sizing). I was aware that their sizing ran small as they state this in their description of the T's, which is why I ordered the size larger than what I usually wear (1x). When I received the T's they were still too small. The shirts are fine in quality, but perhaps not for the price I paid. My complaint is that I have had zero contact back from their customer support. I have already emailed them more than 5 times with a short request about getting a refund or in-store credit and how to return items. They do state on their website that you can exchange items. How, though, if you don't respond to your customer? This store has a lot of cute items, but I don't think I will be ordering from them anymore, unfortunately.

Total lack of communication, but the package arrived
I read the reviews after I'd already made my purchase, which made me believe I won't receive the 70$ worth of merch. I did not even receive a tracking number or a receipt. I contacted them via three different mail addresses and they replied to none of them. I was sure I've just flushed my money down a toilet. To my surprise I received a package after two and a half weeks after I've placed the order (it was supposed to arrive in 1-2 weeks, but since I'm from Slovakia, it's not that uncommon). Everything was there. T-shirt is of very nice quality. Paper boxes, in which the jewelry arrived, is a bit fragile but it was enough to prevent any damage. Overall, the only negative worth mentioning is the total lack of communication with customers, which made me freak out a lot.

Lieber nicht bestellen
Lieber nicht bestellen. Hab was bestellt 2024, da kam eine Bestätigungsmail das ich was bestellt habe aber nicht was genau bestellt wurde, dachte ich mir oke vielleicht kommt da noch was. Es kam nichts. Auch keine Versand Mail. Habe eine Mail gemacht mit Bestellung Stornierung. Keine Antwort bekommen. Echt schade ☹️ habe in 2019 mal von hier bestellt, da hatten Sie diese Probleme nicht.

Late recieved item, no response
I thankfully only ordered one item which was a bts logo necklace. It looked amazing and i was excited however the days soon turned to weeks and now a month. I have emailed them 2/3 times and zero response about my order. Super dissapointed and lost my moneys worth. Do not buy from here. Update i actually recieved it in the post not long after i made this review, still giving it a low review though so just be careful when ordering from this website
