HUGE SCAM!!!!!. These people intercept legitimate hotel chain reservations sites and pretend they are the hotel. Once they convince you you booked directly with the property they hit you with a astronomical service fee which in some cases is the equivalent to an actual room night or more than the actual hotel rate. Avoid them at all cost s.

Same as every other person who fell into this fraudulent trap. I'm on hold now while the agent Lium contacts her "hotel partner" (not the hotel I've reserved) to obtain consent for crediting the modification to my reservation following a call to the hotel to advise that I did not know I was contracting with someone other than them and that I thought I was booking direct. I will likely need to challenge this charge as fraudulent. At this point, I'd like to cancel the whole thing and book direct. DO NOT USE THEM!

The website looked like the hotel. Advertised at £121 for the night. I booked, then realised they charged me over £200. I called them and they said it was for taxes & fees. I wanted to cancel and they said that I could but would not get a refund. They are a scam company. DO NOT USE THEM

Another similar story
Another similar story. I thought I was on the Holiday Inn website (IHG) and was mistakenly on the bogus website travel.guestreservations.com. They made the reservation through Priceline. The room rate was correct, but there were additional fees of $119 for so called tax recovery charges and service fees in the amount of $378. When you try to contact them at their 866 number, you get run around without the opportunity to speak with a live person. Refunds are not possible. A $500 mistake. DO NOT USE THEM!
