Terrible experience – Unpaid host payouts for months
Do not list your properties with TravelStaytion. They currently owe me payouts for multiple reservations dating all the way back to July, and getting a straight answer from them is impossible. It is glaringly obvious that they are suffering from major liquidity issues and using host funds as a float. They are taking your bookings, pocketing the money, and refusing to pay out partners for completed stays. Protect your business and stay far away from this platform until they clear their massive debt to hosts.

The accomodation was exceptional - very clean. Facilities was excellent. The apartment was within easy access to the local restaurants and supermarket. Easy access to the tourist attractions but you will need to hire a car. Can't wait to visit again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location and fabulous apartment
Fantastic location and fabulous apartment, had everything I needed and some thoughtful additional things that made the stay wonderful. Would highly recommend the apartment, the Host Gabriel, the location and the experience.

Unsafe drug infested accommodations
We booked a stay at the travel station in Pittsburgh. 45 minutes before the scheduled check-in time I was notified that I need to pay an additional deposit before checking into the facility. It seems sketchy so I asked him to cancel the reservation and they refused. So we went to the facility to check it out. There were drug users laying in front of the front door to the host facility and dealers on the street corners around the facility. My 23-year-old daughter 20-year-old son and wife all begged me to stay somewhere else and I didn’t feel there was anywhere we could park and my vehicle will not be vandalized or broken into so we made other arrangements. Travel station and Hotels.com customer service where absolutely no use and refused to refund any of my money, even though I requested cancellation prior to the check-in time and that the host had modified the agreement terms by mandating an additional deposit before check-in.
