I was planning on this fishing trip for…
I was planning on this fishing trip for a while not had every thing planed out but I had a heart attack and had to go into the hospital, so I had to cancel every thing and I almost died. After I got out of the hospital I called and cancelled the fishing trip and they understood so it was canceled and my money was returned with on problems. And then I tried to cancel the motel and they would let me even thought they knew of the problem, But then an OCS CS with the name of Joven Ciasico called about the problem and then after sending my medical records from being in the hospital to show the facts she understood and went to work to cancel the motel and refunded my money in which I am still waiting for. But with out her I would be out the money for witch I could use now. All I can say is GOD BLESS HER for understanding and and helping when no one else would. Thank You

Refused to send me a receipt for my stay, which I needed for reimbursement from my employer. Made it sound like I was requesting a special favor.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE
DO NOT USE THIS SITE. We had hotel dates booked, but were redirected to the hotels preferred website (Traveluro), to complete booking. The date had been automatically changed to 3 months in the future AFTER we had input our dates (during the redirect). Mind you, all other info carried over no problem (name, number of guests, etc). We immediately contacted Traveluro to change the dates and were told no, they had a strict no cancellation policy. We said we were not cancelling, but changing dates because of their website. They said it was not amendable and apologized for the inconvenience. I understand how to use travel websites. This was a BLATANT and unreasonable use of technology to scam people out of money. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Horrible business: booking Canadian Hotels in USA dollars, and you know at the end, huge exchange rate rip-off, as well as final no refund, no right to cancel; this is a scam, my calls are producing Zendesk tickets that nobody reads, Honestly, Viktor C.V

Traveluro Notice Regarding Refund and Complaint. Dear Traveluro Customer Service, I'm writing to formally express my disappointment with how my situation has been handled by Traveluro and its involvement with Woodspring Suites. At this time, I do not wish to accept the refund even if decided in my favor. My concern is not simply about receiving my money back. I believe the way my funds were taken and the manner in which this matter has been handled does not reflect fair or appropriate business practices. I feel I was treated unfairly and do not believe the actions taken by Traveluro and Woodspring Suites were consistent with the level of customer service and accountability that customers should expect. I ask for this message to be placed on record as a formal complaint. I would appreciate a written response addressing my concerns and explaining the company's position regarding the actions that were taken. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
