hotel…lavorka isola di krk
Ho alloggiato con famiglia a hotel lavorka, veramente squallido e vetusto, anche la colazione servita nell hotel accanto disonorevole. Da non consigliare.

Poor response from trip advisor
Having filled in a comprehensive review of a wonderful trip on the Ffestiniog railway I received a request from trip advisor questioning my integrity asking if I had received any inducements or discounts to fill the review. All I received was a stunning paid by me trip. Last time I fill anything on trip advisor.

I wondent even give them 1 star, DO NOT USE THEM` its as simple as that they steal money from people everyday and get away with it, with there ratings they will go bust any day so book direct and save yourself the trouble of an unprofessional comapny.

Tour booked thru TA cancelled by Viator - very confusin
I booked a group tour in Iceland through Trip Advisor with a credit card. All communication about this tour came to be from TA. About 6 weeks prior to this tour, someone illegally used another of my credit cards to book a vacation on Viator. I successfully challenged the charge which was acknowledge via email by Viator. Later that day, I got another email from Viator stating they had canceled a tour with just a Viator number (not the original TA number and no date or mention of TA). I thought it was for the illegally purchased trip. Nope - when we arrived for our Iceland tour, we found out that this tour was cancelled. I did not even realize that TA owns Viator. I feel Viator was punishing me for the successful charge dispute. At the very least, communication about the cancellation should have mentioned the name of the tour, the date and should havre come from TA or indicated it was made through TA. I have never been impressed with Viator and generally avoid them. However, this experience has also made me re-think my use of Trip Advisor
