I bought a 3 pack of shirts size large for my husband but they are too small. I ordered by the size guide but the buttons are literally pulling across the chest. I sent an email to exchange to an XL but they do not do returns/exchanges, which is false advertising as the website states to send an email with the order number and they will “guide you through the process “. Their offers are to send a replacement for only ONE of the 3 shirts or offer a discount for the next order. I would’ve bought more items for my husband and sons but they lost a customer for sure.

Fraudulent Company- BEWARE
Ordered leopard print Crocs from Trueform. I saw the advertisement on Instagram. This was supposed to be shipped by “shop” There was no communication but after an email there was a response and then there was a delivery- sadly - ripped off. In “shop” the order status she’s as still waiting for information ….This was not even a cheap copy of what I ordered - I could have picked this up at my local market for £3.99 - absolutely cheap nasty rubbish. Since then there is no communication- I have asked for a return address but there is silence. Do Not Order from these THIEVES!!!!!

BE AWARE!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY/BUSINESS!!! I ordered 5 of the Short Sleeve Muscle Dress Shirts - Stretch Fit in early June 2026. When they arrived, I found they were too short for my torso length and showed my midsection when I raised my arms. I ordered the largest size available (XXL). Since then (today is June 30, 2026), I’ve been unable to reach anyone consistently for support, via email or telephone. I’ve had some brief contact with someone named Amanda D., thru Instagram messaging. I’m not sure if this representative (rep) was legitimate or not? There were attempts to help, but after following the reps directions there has been very little effort to assist. Below is the TrueForm Refund & Return Policy as copied from their website. Note the response under Refunds… “our team will respond within 24 business hours to help resolve issues.” That has been far from the case. TrueForm Refund & Return Policy (copied from website): At TrueForm Wear, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund and return policy below to ensure a smooth and transparent process. Cancelations: Order changes or cancellations can only be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, the order is already being processed and can no longer be modified. Refunds: Discounted items are non-refundable; however, we may offer partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please email us at xxxxxxxxx. Our team will respond within 24 business hours to help resolve your issue. Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the item meets our return conditions outlined below. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. I hope this helps other consumers!!!

False advertising of the product
False advertising of the product, nothing like what arrived. A cheap China knock off, bad quality. Do not buy, would not refund as they said the product was on sale but every item is on sale, so they have no intention of ever refunding. They offered 10%, then 15% up to 25% refund and I could keep the product. What a joke.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Not only it took several weeks to deliver but when it was ‘delivered’ I could not find the package and they refused to acknowledge it and refund.
