Shocking Customer Service Support, Stay Clear
I recently bought a Trunki, for £45.00 for my grandson, going on holiday. He's, only 2yrs, old and love's Diggers, So I told, my son, to order him the Digger Trunki, which was advertised as every Trunki, ordered online comes with a free neck cushion valued at £16. Ordered on the 21/August/2026. Good buy, we thought. The Trunki, ordered arrived but with no neck cushion in the box, my son informed me. So, I told, my son to email the Trunki company and let them know it is missing, thinking it wouldn't be a problem, they would send one out, I thought as it's been some kind of packaging error. I was Disgusted and shocked, to hear back from my Son, that the Trunki Company, has responded with a terrible attitude, that the order has been completed and is now closed. They will not be sending out the missing neck cushion, that is for children as advertised, as included with every online Trunki ordered. I have bought the Trunki travel cases, for my other grandchildren in the past, I have followed this company since they were first advertised on The Dragons Den TV program and the strap snapped. I still followed, and supported this company, but after this response, the company customer service, is very poor. I will never refer, or recommend this company ever again, with this kind of attitude, as a company that deals with products for Children. Very poor, company I will advise potential customers to stay well clear and look elsewhere for alternative products

MADE IN CHINA, NOT IN THE UK
During the purchase on the website their are proudly advertising that their product are made in UK. When we received our riding luggage, on the label, it is marked as made in China. What a shame, we will never buy anything again from them.

Still yet to receive my custom car seat…
Still yet to receive my custom car seat cover set. Ordered 20th of March 2026 stating that it has been processed. Reached out multiple times to Trunkis email. No response. I would like a refund if this is not delivered shortly.

Six day delivery. Told be patient
I paid for 48 hour delivery and depended upon it. I got six dat delivery and when I queried this I was told to be patient.

Customer service/Trunki scooter
We bought Trunki scooter 08-2024. It broke after 14 months (steering issue). While it's a shame that they don't provide spare parts, the customer service was responsive and they offered 50% refund first, and the full refund after another email exchange, which is fair.
