I received my shirts and they were…damaged
I received my shirts and they were damaged during transit. After contacting customer service it took them two weeks to tell they would not replace my shirts. Apparently opening the bag and trying them voids the guarantee.....I couldn't see the damage until I put the first shirt on. For company that's says they stand by thier product this was definitely a bad experience.

This is the worst product I have ever…
This is the worst product I have ever ordered. It is not at all what it claims to be. In fact it does not compress anywhere. I ordered the small , which normally I wear a medium and it does not compress anywhere. It is a pure scam!!!! Don't waste your money. It is China made crap.

4 reasons this company and product is not good
Firstly, the product did not work for me. Secondly, the company suppresses negative reviews from posting to their site, only positive ones— which is false advertising. Thirdly, I had ordered during black Friday’s BOGO, and the day after the sale ended they started selling bottles with twice as much product. Fine I guess, but that really sucked for people who felt compelled to buy a lot to score the deal. I could have spent that on actual deals! I wrote to them about my dissatisfaction and received a dismissive reply. Fourth, they place people to comment positively on Reddit with brand new accounts, so it’s obviously not a real review, but a campaign to persuade folks with glowing in-the-wild reviews. TL;DR: doesn’t work, scammy marketing practices, unethical ratings on their site. If it actually worked I might not care but at that price, people should avoid this unethical company praying on people who could use their money elsewhere.

Terrible quality, censorship of reviews
They verified my review via email that I posted on their site. After confirming all the facts the chose not to show my review, with no explanation. You should not support a business that operates like this: I bought 3 of these, 2 of which started leaking days later, got a replacement, same thing, got another replacement, same thing. They leak from the exhaust vent as well as the sides where the glass meets the top. Leaks are not just a bit of water on the table, they also mean losing the hydrogen they generate. Also the beeping is terribly annoying - very loud, and very cheap, scratchy speaker. Completely unnecessary and grating to everyone around. I then had to persuade support to refund me for shipping the faulty units back to them.... twice. They didn't offer the postage refund (for their faulty product) themselves, and argued about the amount, refunding me what it costs THEM to send it, not what it cost ME to send it back. What a joke. When I posted this review on their page they told me "Our policy states that we do not cover return shipping costs for international orders. However, we did previously provide a goodwill refund for part of those shipping expenses." WOW! So apparently it's the customer who has to pay for their expenses in providing a non-faulty product I already paid for! It's been 2 weeks since I posted my review on their site, they've responded to it via email and verified my purchase AND my claims, but the review is still not on their site! I asked them why my review is still not visible but on top of censorship they also practice avoidance and ignorance.
