Misleading Advertising and Delayed Delivery
On March 21, 2026, I purchased two holsters from Houdini Holsters (Order #133902) after seeing Instagram advertisements and product images showing the holsters configured with claws attached. The advertising and product photos consistently displayed the claw setup, and I could not find any clear disclosure stating the claws were sold separately or not included with purchase. The order confirmation stated the holsters would typically ship within 7–10 business days, but it took approximately one month to receive the order. When the holsters arrived, neither included the claw attachments shown in the advertising. I contacted the company and explained that the product presentation led me to reasonably believe the claws were included. The company eventually sent me one complimentary claw, which I appreciated, but I had purchased two holsters and expected both to include the configuration consistently shown in the advertisements and product images. The company later informed me that the claws were sold separately and directed me to purchase another one from their website. My concern is not primarily the cost of the accessory itself. My concern is that the advertising and product presentation were misleading, the shipping timeline was significantly longer than represented, and the resolution provided was incomplete given that two holsters were purchased.

Ordered mid Sept to give it a try - compare to other holsters. Received "your product has shipped" the next day. Oct 7th no product received, no response to customer service email. Looks like I got scammed on this one. Not done with them yet....

This is a scam.
This is a scam.. they took my card details and stole money from my account after the purchase was made. They did send a product which doesn’t smell anything like the oils they say are in it and also has more of a thin soapy dishwashing detergent texture than an oil. Smells nice but that’s about it
