My dental hygienist did a double-take
My dental hygienist did a double-take. Teeth that previously had pockets measuring 4-5 mm were now at 3 mm? That was after only 6 months of brushing with a SURI electric toothbrush. She Googled SURI then and there.

Awesome Brush from an Honest Company
I was initially frustrated because my toothbrush stopped charging. It was a replacement for a prior brush and case that stopped charging two years ago after i purchased around four years ago. This toothbrush is awesome so when it stops working it makes me return to a regular brush which is far from the same and feels like i am having to use something that is so much worse it just feels awful each time i brush. The good news is that after around 4 or 5 years they quickly agreed to replace my brush and case free of charge. Initially i thought it would be a problem and I'd have to argue about it with an AI. But after an initial response asking me to send a photo of the damaged brush and case and if i tried to clean the charger and change the electrical socket (I had done both) I received a message asking if i wanted a newer replacement model free of charge. When i asked for an explanation about the newer model and how the warranty would differ I actually got a response within one day that answered my questions. Two days later I received the brand new and improved brush and case. This company is legit and not full of sh-t!!! Which is so rare these days. Their brush is awesome. They honor their promises. The newer case looks and feels even nicer than the prior version I loved. It seems to clean even better...and now I am just hoping it will last and won't need to be replaced for a long time...because my life is nicer with this brush. Yeah, that sounds odd, but if you brush two or three times a day, or more, then you're basically living with this thing more than most tools you might use. Brushing is a daily part of life that is better because I am using this brush. So odd to be writing this about a toothbrush, i know. But the thing is awesome and the company is honest and fair.

Excellent customer service, honored the warranty and replaced my old toothbrush with an upgraded new one. I love this company and will want a Suri toothbrush forever!
