Reservar Hot Toys con Turol Game te arriesgas a que nunca te lleguen.
Compré dos figuras de la casa Hot Toys con el 100% de la reserva a finales del año 2025, pero tal como indican muchos clientes, inflan las reservas a sabiendas que es imposible que les llegue el producto. Después de esperar unos siete y nueve meses por cada una de ellas, no me ha llegado ninguna. Pero ni por asomo te avisan que están descatalogadas, donde he tenido yo que preguntar por la figuras en cuestión. Unos 1000 eurazos entre las dos figuras que vienen muy bien para financiar gratis al comercio durante muchos meses. Pero la financiación me ha salido a mi muy cara, ya que el reembolso de la última figura fue de 467 libras por PayPal. Una vez hecha la conversación a mi cuenta se me ha quedado en 429 euros, cuando la compra fue de 469 euros. Es decir, he perdido 40 eurazos por comprar una reserva de una figura de Hot Toys después de más de nueve meses. Donde me he tirado dos semanas de este mes de agosto preguntado por mi dinero y nadie me sabía decir nada. Al final una vez recibido la mayor parte de mi dinero, ya me he cansado de seguir preguntado por mis 40 eurazos que faltan. Todo muy decepcionante, donde fijo que han perdido un cliente.

Achat de 3 playmat Luffy vol.5 début mai 2026. Cela faisait 3 mois que j'attendais cette commande avec impatience. Mais le vendeur m'a annulé ma commande me disant qu'il n'ont plus de stock. Du coup, 3 mois d'attente pour rien et avec des playmat qui coûtent 10 fois le prix aujourd'hui. Je ne pourrais donc pas avoir le plaisir de m'en procurer un. Si le vendeur n'est pas capable d'assumer la quantité achetée en précommande, qu'il ne les vende pas...

Can improve on communication and execution
Purchased a pre order product that is planned to be released 3rd week of July. I believe there is no allocation to shop. However there is no communication to the update and i have to chase the shop for update via social media channels and email repeatedly for a cancellation and eventually a refund to original payment method. The older comments are pretty accurate. And i hope they can improve their services in the future.

I made an order
I made an order, it was accepted and put on pending shippment. After 10 days no change. I tried to contact the company. No reply to email. The online chat-bot does not work. Impossible to contact them though insta or facebook, no reply. I was forced to contest the payment through my bank. Will never make any sort of business with them again.

I received my order severely damaged
I received the box and statue damaged. Box had severe damages (both the outer and inner box), while the statue had cracks by both the wings where they attach to the body, one leg barely hanging on and the other leg being broken off (alongside a claw from the same leg). There was also some paint chipping in a few areas. It was also severely bent so that it couldn't stand on it's own stand. The postal service here got to have a look at it and also deemed that the items were too damaged for it to have gotten to me. As such they took the statue and sent it back. I have videos showing me opening the box just after I got it from the post office, alongside pictures that show some of the damage that I have mentioned. On top of this so was the statue severely delayed, Turol stated that it would arrive to me within 20 days. It wasn't sent to me until roughly 90 days had passed. The communication had been very poor where I was the one forced to initiate almost all communications. It would also take them a long time to respond (multiple days if not weeks). I have yet to get to hear anything from anyone in the company about getting a refund for my order or have the statue sent back to me and I have been trying to communicate with them for over a week now with multiple emails and messages on their site being sent to them but have not been given a single response back.
